Keep On Moving!

June 5, 2013 Keep On Moving! location is Portland SoccerPlex and we will be at PCC-Cascade starting in July!!

The 1st Wednesday of every month.
Open gym to anyone interested in wheelchair basketball, rugby, tennis or handcycling. Come check out the equipment and meet the athletes who are participating now.
These are open and free to anyone in the who has a physical disability, or anyone who just wants to know what adaptive sports are all about!

 Keep On Moving! is a program of Oregon Disability Sports to provide an opportunity for people with physical disabilities to experience wheelchair sports and recreation and to promote continued involvement in physical activity, thus improving quality of life.

We hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season.  We have our monthly Keep On Moving! session and our ongoing sports practices.

Due to low registration we have had to postpone our October 23rd Paralypmic Sports Day.  Our plan is to bring paralympic sports to youth and adults this upcoming spring!
