2008 was the kick off year for the Oregon Disabled Athletes Sports Hall of Fame.
We are excited to be able to recognize the accomplishments of the physically disabled athletes from the state of Oregon.

OREGON DISABLED SPORTS HALL OF FAME: CRITERIA
- Individuals and teams nominated are judged based on their achievements and recognized excellence.
- The nominee should have a firm connection to the State of Oregon.
- The nominee should be a positive role model for the community. He/she should have character and integrity that exemplifies a positive role model in the community.
- Nominations may be submitted for individuals who are deceased.
- Individuals and organizations nominated for special contributions are judged on their significant contribution to disabled athletics in Oregon. These areas may be in coaching, administration, media, medicine, industry or related areas.
- Nominations may be submitted for individuals who are deceased.
OREGON DISABLED SPORTS HALL OF FAME: SELECTION PROCESS
Candidates may be nominated by Oregon Disability Sports members, past inductees and other recognized disabled sporting organizations in the state of Oregon.
- Nomination deadline: August 1st
- Inductees notified: September 1st
Voting members for hall of fame include: Selection committee and prior Hall of Fame inductees.
A nominee may stay on the selection ballot for no more than 10 years.
